Introduction

The Cycle of Torah Portions

The Jews of today (i.e. Rabbinical Judaism) break up the scripture into weekly portions. Most follow an annual cycle, although some follow a triennial cycle, which is thought to be the cycle followed at the time period that Jesus walked and talked in Jerusalem and Israel, which agrees with the commonly held thought that his ministry lasted about three years.

The hope of this page is to encourage Messianic believers and even Hebrew Roots adherents to better understand Yeshua/Jesus and His Good News.

I will likely have made doctrinal errors herein. I'm studying to show myself approved unto God (2 Tim.2:15).  The reader is expected to do the same.

I suspect that in the millennial reign of Christ, He will take us all back to square one and teach us The Way.

It seems certain that the details of scripture could fill 1000 years (John 21:25).
